Consequently, patient clinical data is exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) framework. This Notice at Collection applies strictly to Clinic Account Data and business contact information.

We collect the following categories of Personal Information from clinical account holders and administrators:

Identifiers:

Real name, professional alias, business email address, practice phone number, physical clinic address, and unique user account IDs.

Professional or Employment-Related Information:

Medical license numbers, specialty fields, institutional affiliations, and clinical credentials.

Commercial and Financial Information:

Billing history, payment transaction records, subscription tier details, and payment method details (processed via a secure, third-party PCI-compliant gateway).

Internet or Electronic Network Activity:

IP addresses, browser types, iOS device versions, application performance log files, and interaction details with the https://oye.is platform.

We utilize the collected information to:

• Provision, maintain, and securely authenticate your Oye Scribe account.
• Process monthly or annual subscription billings and manage commercial contracts.

We retain your account information for as long as your clinical subscription remains active. Following account termination, we retain administrative and financial transaction history only as long as necessary to comply with legal audit windows, financial reporting rules, and statutory limitation periods (typically 7 years for corporate financial data under United States tax guidelines).
